Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted. ALL BIDS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY 25% DEPOSIT IN THE FORM OF A CERTIFIED CHEQUE. Tenders submitted without certified funds will not be considered.
Successful bidder will have 30 days to provide the balance of the funds to complete the purchase. The purchaser will be responsible for all legal costs, title transfer fees and other cost required to complete the purchase and these costs are in addition to the tender price.

at the Lake Lenore Village Office, and during regular business hours (9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon)
and (1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.) from September 21st to October 6th, 2020 at the Village Office at
101 Main Street, Lake Lenore SK.
