2021 CENSUS of Population is now out!

Thanks to the steadfast support of the community from the last year’s census of population. Canada’s population grew from 2016 to 2021, bringing our population to a total of 36,991,981 people, Approximately 1.8 million more people called Canada home in 2021 compared with 5 years earlier with most of the growth attributable to new arrivals from around the world.

REACT TAG-A-BAG PRICE INCREASE

Effective immediately REACT Tag-a-bag will increase from $2.50 to $3.50 per tag due to increasing operating costs such as collection and disposal associated with a garbage pick up.

Eco Engineering’s suggests that REACT Put the 2022 tag fee up to $3.86 per tag, however, with a few changes to how collections are done they were able to lower the increase to $3.50 per tag.
