Heatwave is Lake Lenore’s annual signature event. Usually held around the third weekend in July, the whole community comes together to host a summer celebration. Activities include a mud-bog ATV races, slow pitch tournament, and a supper and cabaret under the big tent. The weekend wraps up with an outdoor mass and pancake breakfast on Sunday morning.
